Back to Shanghai: building what comes next in smart surface UX

Following a strong showing at Auto Shanghai, Uniphy's leadership returns to push smart surface UX toward volume production and new partnerships.

After a standout showing on the Antolin booth at Auto Shanghai, where we engaged with an extraordinary number of OEMs, I'm heading straight back to Asia this week to build on that momentum.

You might think that two long trips in the space of a month sounds like a lot, but I'm carried along on the wave of energy that rose up around us at Auto Shanghai. The feedback couldn't have been clearer: our smart surface UX isn't just innovative, it's in demand. From global OEMs to fast-moving Chinese EV brands, the response was electric.

So, I'll be in Shanghai from May 27 to June 6, meeting with automotive, appliance, and technology companies as we move toward volume production and strategic collaboration. The schedule is busy, but I'm happy to meet more potential partners. Feel free to contact me via LinkedIn.

Thanks to our collaborators

  • Antolin. Especially CEO Cristina Blanco Santo Tomás, Monica Ai and Jorge Juarez Maillo, for hosting us at Auto Shanghai.
  • Walter Pack. Especially Sonia Lopez Fernandez, for helping us show how smart surfaces can be both functional and beautiful, combining CMF (Color, Material & Finish) and UX in ways the market hasn't seen before.
